CORSICAN BANDITS
SEARCH PROVES DIFFICULT. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) AJACCIO, November 15. Two French submarines are intercept ting all outgoing ships, and searching for the bandits who are suspected of attempting refuging in Italy and France. It is reported that Spada has escaped from Marseilles. The Government forces are findng it difficult to continue the search owing to the thick scrub; deep ravines, caves and mountains, which afford perfect hiding places. Many arrests, obviously not guilty of detention, are irritating the Corsican population.
