IN PURSUANCE, of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Ralph Cox, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Westland, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a, writ bearing date the 13th. day of November, 193.1, under the hand of the Clerk 0 f the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to servo as member for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be NOON on the 20th. day ol NOVEMBER, 1931, and that the poll, if necessary, will he taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the 2nd. day of December, 1931.
