The French ' Budget proposals for the year 1932, include increases ol two to four per cent, on the existing surtax of two per cent, oil the imports to France from countries with depreciated currencies. The Finance Minister, M. Pietro, said that owing to the exchange crisis, there was a danger of their market being flooded with mass imports of foodstuffs and rpanufactures.
