It is officially announced that the merger is completed of Italy’s three most important Steamship Companies, Navigaziene Zeneraie, Lloyd, and Sabaudo Cosulick, under the title of tlie Italia Company. It is understood Signor Marconi has accepted the Chairmanship. i The combined capital is £9,000,001.1. Three other companies, Lloyd, Triastino Maritime, and Italiami Sitxnar are also merged under the single name of Lloyd’s Trastino.
