KILLED BY FA'LL OF ROCK. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association ) HAMILTON, November 12. As the result of a fall of rock in a valve shaft in the diversion tunnel at the Arapuni Hydro-Electric works at 7.30 last night, Harold Segar Hansen, agtd 22, a single man, was killed. ll.s parents reside at Lake Road, Frankton.
GIRL DROWNED. HAMILTON, November 12. A Maori girl, Hiri Peri, aged 14, in company with two other children, was washing clothing on a rock at Arapuni yesterday, when she slipped and was carried down the river in the rapids The body has not been, recovered.
