The storm is still raging early tins morning. Three hundred beach tents have been wrecked at Bournemouth, and the bungalows there have been damaged. The waves broke over the tops ot the seafront houses at Sandgate, near Folkestone, the side streets being awash. Boats were rowed through the streets of Portsmouth, Cowes and Worthing.
