When the new Cabinet meets for the first time on Monday, after tile members have received the seals of office from the King, the main business yill be giving approval to the terms ol the King's Speech to be delivered at the (State opening of Parliament on Tuesday. It is anticipated that the speech will b e quite *7rief, and will emphasise the Government’s intention to concentrate on the restoration of the country's economic and financial position, and seeks a settlement of international problems.
