TOUR OF DOMINIONS
LONDON, Nov. 9
Mr J. H. Thomas departs at 12.12 on his tour of the four Dominions, which will occupy four months. The route is undecided. There is no possibility of a- conference at Ottawa before July, because it is impracticable that the British Government wifi attend before the Budget, particularly, owing to important industrial currency issues involved in the conference.
