Theatre, there is embodied in gay romance, one of the collosal races in American history. A dramatic masterpiece woven around one of the most momentous per_ iods in the development of the United Stated the land rush when the Dakotas v'pre thrown open by the United States Governiment to home-steaders, this particular scene is truly epochal. ’ The actors in the great drama were men, women and children of 1 every I f type and condition of life, from all | parts of America and the far flung corners of the earth. Hardy pioneers seeking new land to conquer and bend to their will; sedentary city dwellers seeking to satisfy the inherent craving to living by the sweat of their labour on the fruits of the earth, traders and merchants; printers and doctors; and even men of the cloth.
Those hardy souls, bred in fortitude and inspired by a Godlike spirit and courage were the ones who struggled beyond the far horizon to the fertile lands—and home.
All of the this is vividly pictured by Benjamin StQjloff, the director, and his truly all-star cast.-
