The “Daily Express’’ is enthusiastic over what it terms splendid appointments. It says the only blot is that there is not enough Conservatives
for the swift adoption* of Home and
Imperial tariffs. 1 The “Daily Telegragh ” say s the honours have been distributed fairly and that tlie Cabinet is really national. He i s now confronted with a dilemma.
