Latest startling solution for America’s far-reaching industrial crisis. It is put forward by Margaret Sanger, famous birth control advocate. Every child Jiorn now can only add to the financial disaster of the family imperilling the health of older children, she says. Mrs Sanger holds that the moratorium should apply to the rich as well as the very poor.
