(Received this day at 9.25 a.in) SYDNEY,\ Nov. 3. i The 'Lajng Government has .been ndvised by cablegram from London that tlw British Government intends to intervene by means of a Privy 'Council appeal respecting the auoiition of the New South Wales Legislative Council. It is believed that the bearing will be this month. It is also understood that the British Government desires to be represented in order to watch • the constitutional i:sue.
