REPORTED WITHDRAWAL OF TROOPS. (.United Press Association.—By Electric . Telegraph. —Copy r ight. 1 (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) ' SHANGHAI, November 2. _ The Japanese legation announces the partial withdrawal of Japanese troops stationed at Kirin. It is stated that 1100 soldiers have been withdrawn to Chan Ohun, the northern terminus of the South Manchurian railway. Meanwhile, Chinese messages report that Japanese troops have co-operated with Mongol bapdits in attempting to capture the Tung Liao railway terminus, with assistance of four armoured trains, which bombarded the city.
