The plan of the British Columbia division of the Canadian Manufacturers’ Association to send a delegation of business men to New Zealand and Fiji lias been deferred pending the New Zealand general elections. ‘ A party of forty I s assured. It is hoped that a- new treaty with New Zealand will be negotiated in the meanwhile.
