COMPENSATION CLAIM. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) GISBORNE, October 29. The Arbitration; Court gave judgment for Gisborne Sheep Farmers Coy. in a claim for compensation! by -tne widow of Thomas Woller, who died whilst engaged in the freezing works, the allegation being that death was due to strain caused by his work. The Court held that the weight of evidence showed that death was due to coronary thrombosis, and was not therefore due to effort.
