They arose under headings Number Six dealing with the distribution of the Legislative powers between the Federal and the Provincial Legislatures, and tiie effect on State legislation relating to Federal subjects, and number five, dealing with the Federal Ministry and its relation with the 1 gislature. Shafti urged that some of the questions outlined under No. Five should he left until the Minorities Committee had reported, and Lord Sankey promised to consider a postponement where it was thought necessary
’Replying to Sir F. Sapnt, who asked when the next Plenary Session would bo held, Lord Sankc-y promised to raise that matter with the Prime Minister when he returned to London on Thursday.
