The German steamer Gratia rammed a Russian submarine in the Guif of Finland, Fifty lives are reported lost. SOVIET INTERFERENCE. HELSINGFORS, October 25. When the Russian submarine sang after the German steamer Gratia rammed it in the Gulf of Finland, the steamer’s S.O.S. was indistinct owing tc- interference, supposedly due to a Soviet station seeking to prevent broadcasting of the disaster.
