APPEAL FROM CYPRUS
FOR NAVAL HELP. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright.) (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) MALTA, October 23f. The Governor of Cyprus sent a wireless message to the Admiralty for naval assistance quell grave Nationalist riots which are presumably the outcome of Nationalists agitation for union between Cyprus and Greece. A Cairo message says that Egypt has been requested tbo send military help to Cyprus. LONDON, October 22. The “Central News” says rioters at Larnnca destroyed Government House by setting it on fire. The occupants were uninjured.
