GRAMOPHONE COMPANIES attitude. (Australian Press Association.) MELBOURNE. October 22. Allegations by three leading gramophone companies that- the unrestricted use of their records by Broadcasting Companies was very serious!,\ affecting their business, is now followed by an announcement that an attempt is being made to place heavy restrictions upon the activities of Broadcasting Companies here and New Zealand forthwith, ff this is done upwards of -14 B Class stations in Australia will probably have to close and the position is likely to he tested in the courts.
