FISHERMAN’S ESCAPE
PICKED UP AT SEA. (By Telegraph—Per tress Association) , . DUNEDIN, October 22. A fisherman, Alexander Mclntosh, missing since Tuesday’s gale was picked up alive off Moeraki this morning. He was clinging to the deck house of his launch, which had been smashed by seas from the rest of the craft. He was picked up by another fisherman. ..Pine was- very exhausted, but is .-reported to be recovering. '
