Mr Parker Greiner. in the lonely islands off the north-east curst of Scotland. Mr Parker' Cramer, who Was making a survey of the Arctic route, disappeared early in August after havim'- left the Orkneys for Norway. It is believed in some quarters that he may still be alive.
