A BUDGET DECISION. The Minister has decided, and we think rightly, not to make any summary reduction of interest rates. Those holding Government securities and other investments make their contribution to the increased revenue, and when times improve they will be able to Obtain, a measure of relief in Common with all other taxpayer, —Christchurch Times.
