WHOLESALE THEFT

CASH AND GOODS MISSING

HAMILTON, October 1. Last night the office of the Northern iSteam Ship Company and the cargo shed at Raglan were entered. A number of articles, some of a bulky nature, wore removed from the office. An iron safe containing £5 in cash, some cheques and books were removed bodily, as well as two overcoats. It is thought that a lorry was used to transport the goods. A large tarpaulin, electric light cable, a case of motor spirit, a forty-five gallon drum, cases of hardware, kerosene, a Lin of oil apd tools are missing.
