BROKE UP BY COMMUNISTS. (By Telegraph—Per Press A ssociation) WELLINGTON, October 3. Communists broke up a meeting of relief worers held at Trades Hall la-t night to consider a policy and constitution agreed upon the previous evening by delegates representing 1820 men. P. M.
