WELLINGTON, September 30. Further prisoners sentenced by Mr Justice McGregor to-day were;— William Hartley Tippett, for forgery and uttering, was ordered to come up for sentence within two years if called, and to pay costs of £1 15s. Arthur John Roberts, on three charges of theit, was given eighteen months on each, the sentences to be concurrent.
Francis John Redshaw, on three charges of indecent assault on a male, was sentenced to three years. Leslie Gordon Clark was sentenced f to two years, each, to he concurrent, on a number of charges involving breaking, entering and theft, Including assault with intent to rob.
Sydney John Hodge, for breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, was ordered to come up within two years, if called, and to pay costs.
