HEAVY INCREASES. (United Press Association.—By Electric . Telegraph.—Copyright.) . v (Received this'day at 9.25 a m) CALCUTTA, September 29. All round increases up to 25 per cent of import and excise duties, income tax and postage are included in the additional emergency budget which was announced this evening in the Assembly. The Viceroy agreed ’to a voluntary reduction of twenty per cent in the salary of the executive Ministers, fifteen per qent for the rest of th e services, and voluntary reduction up to ten per cent.
