WEALTH TOTALS £6OOO. (By Telegraph-—Per Press Association) .September 24. John Thomas Jackson, ’or Jacobson, aged 62, was found dead in & very poor and dirty cottage on Te Aro Flat. It was almost bare of necessities. He had apparently been living in extreme poverty. On going through the man’s belongings, the police discovered iu boxes" and cupboards securities, debentures, and scrip, and a little money, representing over £6OOO. There are no relatives in New Zealand, but he is believed to have a sister in England. His death was dn e to nat_ ural causes.
