SUGGESTED ECONOMIC ALLIANCE. [United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, September 24. Proposals amounting to an economic alliance between France and Germany will' be made when M. Laval and M. Briand meet at Berlin at the week-end Among the industries involved in a comprehensive scheme of industrial cooperation, are shipping, steel production, and aerial transport. It will furthermore be suggested that France and Germany take the lead in drawing up a scientific (scheme of in migration as a cure for unemployment. In the political field, France will prepose that the two countries should agree to consult and exchange views whenever political or economic questions arise between them.
