THEFT CHARGE. By Telegraph —Per Press Association/ WELLINGTON, September 22. Lindsay' Eaister Garner, 21, a panel heater, was charged at the Magistrate’s Court with stealing a cash hag and money valued at £4 os, irom a railway bus in South Street on September 4th. He pleaded not guilty, hut the evidence convinced the Magistrate otherwise, and lie sent him to gaol for three months.
