CONSPIRACY CHARGE

Mond and Cunningham, whose art rest was cab.ed on aepteinuer 19th were again remanded to-day to September 29th, on the charge of having at Sydney between August Ist and September 18th, conspired to defraud the shareholders of the Ocean Investment Trust Limited and other persons of large sums of money;; Y The police stated their inquiries had not been completed,, but that, when they were ready, the case would be short.; Counsel fpr the nfen objected to the remand.
