AMALGAMATED WIRELESS
DIVIDEND OF SIX PER CENT. WELLINGTON, September 21. Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia), Ltd., advise that the Board of Directors have declared a final dividend, payable on October 9th, for the year ended June 30th at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum in respect of the six months ended June 30th last.
The gross profit in 1930 whs £457,722 and the net profit £84,283. The dividend for the year was 8 per cent., involving a distribution of £59,542. The sum of £24,741 was placed .to reserves, which stood at £216,992. The paid-up capital of tlie company is £744,283.
