SHANGHAI, September 21
A Peiping telegram says the westbound trans-Siberia passenger train was wrecked between Harbin, and Manchuli, by explosives. The culprits and tlie casualties are unknown., Jt is believed possibly the Japanese, as a prevention measure to counteract reported Soviet troops advances to the border. . x o w
