By using Fether Flake you will have the finest puff pastry it is possible to make with a big saving in time and trouble. , Slice apples into dish, add sugar find a little water, roll out Fether Flake and place over dish, cut round the edge with a knife. It is important, however, to remember that a pie funnel should be used in making an app'ie pie. Otherwise the pastry may become soggy instead of being light and flaky. Insert the pie funnel in the middle of th c dish, puncture the crust at the end of funnel.
