GREY STOCK SALE. The-usual fortnightly * stock sale was held at the Grey Yards yesterday; and some very choice lots of cattle were oifered to a .full attendance of buyers. Competition was brisk throughout ana prices were on a par with those ruling at last sale, with the exception of lighter steers, these showing an increase of about 2s per 1001 b. Prices per 1001 b were : —Prime heavy ox 29s to 30s ; medium prime ox 30s to 31s, light ox 33s to 34s ; cows 30s, Sales were made as follows Dalgety and Co. on account of T. W. Butler ; 2 bullocks" at £9 ss; 2 at £8 2s 6d; 2at £7 lCis; 2at £9 2s 6d; 3 at £8 15s ; 2 at £8 12s 6d. , On account of James Minehan, Mt. Hercules:—2 bullocks at:£lo 10sat ,£lu ss; 1 at £lO 2s 6d ; 1 at £ll 17s' 6d ; 1 at £ll 2s 6d ; 2 at £lO 12s’ 6d; lat ,£lO 10s. _ On account H. N. Adamson, Matainui: _2 bullocks at £ll 10s ; 2 at £lO 7s 6d ; 2at £l2 ss; 1 cow at £7 15s ; 1 at £8 15s. National Mortgage on account of H.
