PRINTERS AND 10 PER CENT CUT. (By Teleyraph—Per Pres* Association l WELLINGTON, September 21. An application has been made to the Arbitration Court for exemption from the ten per cent cut on behalf of the New Zealand Federated Typographical Associations and 'related printing trades. Mr C. H. Chapman appeared for the applicants, and Mr G. C. Collins for the employers. The decision was reserved.
MAN FOUND GASSED
GISBORNE, September 20. Early this morning the body of Albert William Mason, 43 years of age, a well-known accountant, was found in his home with a gas tube turned on. The deceased leaves a widow and one child.
