The whole press takes it for granted that whenever the'general electon campaign comes, Mr MacDonald will take the lead as National Prime but in some quarters it is suggested that he instead, will probably go to Washington as Minister to make room for Mr Baldwin. The others will be Messrs Baldwin, Neville, Chamberlain, Thomas, and Simon.
