MASKED BANDITS
ATTEMPT TO HOLD UP EXPRESS

BUCHAREST, September 16-
Three masked '-'bandits unsuccessfully attempted to hold Up the Buch-arest-Transylvanian express near Sinai, One covered the guards van, and another the passengers and a third the engine driver; who quickly opened the throttle and drove at full speed. The bandits jumped from the train shooting wildly and injuring five.
