HEAVIER BALL IN U.S.A. (United Press Association.—By ElectricTelegraph.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, September 14. The United States Golf Association decided to change the so-called balloon ball, by increasing the weight. The change becomes effective for play on April 15th. i SYDNEY, Beptember 15. Playing consistently, Miss Susie Tolhurst retained the women’s golf championship of Australia, defeating Miss Mona McLeod seven and six. Miss Tolhurst played with machine-like accuracy.
