CHOCOLATE TARTLETS. £lb Fetlie-r Flake. Roll out thin and then line some small patty tins with it. Put a.small teaspoon of jam in each, then some of the chocolate mixture as under:— 2 tablespoons butter, ~v . 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon ground rice, 2 tablespoons (heaped) of cake crumbs, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 2 eggs; vanilla essence. Cream' butter and sugar, beat in eggs, and all other ingredients. Fill pastry cases half full with mixture and bake in a moderately hot even about twenty minutes. Ice the tops when cold with a little chocolate icing.
