SALE OF HORSES

PALADIN REALISES 250 GUINEAS. DUNEDIN, September 11. At the sale of the Mantua Stud today at East Taieri, Paladin was sold at 250 guineas to Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co. as agents for the purchaser. Last Dart was knocked down to 'Mr J. Hazlett, Lumsden, at 120 guineas. Last March made 100 guineas, the purchaser being Mr A. E. Didham, Dunedin. Low prices ruled for the other horses offered.
