ACCIDENTS FATALITIES

TWO WOMEN INJURED. CHRISTCHURCH, September 14. When a car, in which they were riding, was struck by a train at Montreal Street crossing late on Saturday evening, Mrs John Jeffreys of Addington, and Mrs Henry Nicholson of Spreydou, both received head injuries and were admitted to the hospital. They were not seriously hurt and the condition of both is improving.
