SIR T. WILFO’RD'S PROTEST. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright.) (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) GRXTCYA, September 10. ' ’Sir T. Wil ford strongly protested against the League of Nations increased expenditure. He declared New Zealand would welcome a reduction. He suggested that a small committee should be appointed to effect economies.
