EARTHQUAKE CLAIM
NOTIFICATION BY PRIME MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 10. The Prime Minister in an announcement to-day, draws attention ;to a notification previously made, that the matter of provision in cases of' necessity for those permanently injured jand for dependants of those killed or injured as the result of the Hawkes Bay earthquake, will be dealt with at an early djahe. 'ln order thaff. all proper claims may receive attention, he requests that all persons who come within the class referred to and who have not submitted claims for assistance, to send their applications to the Relief Committee in the town or district in which they were residing at the time of .the earthquake.
