ARMAMENT TRUCE
ITALY’S PROPOSAL. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) GENEVA, September'B. • ' Addressing the League of Nations / Assembly to-day, Signor Grandi (the Italian Foreign Minister) proposed an armament truce until after the forthcoming Disarmament Conference. He said it was necessary to act not \ only with courage and moderation but / also good faith.
