MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7. Th© Committee met at 7 p.in.. Present—Messrs W. H. Shannon (voted to tile . Chair), Redder, Breeze, McDougall, Chesterman, Sweney, Richards, and Conning (lion, secretary).
