APIA, September 5
Mr Vanderbilt, the Millionaire yachtsman, successfully defended an action to-day in the High Court. The plaintiffs were two juu’ior members -of the stewards staff of his yacht, who alleged a breach of contract and illtreatment aboard the yacht “Alava.”
