ALLEGED THEFT
£230 IN SHOE. : • (By Telegraph.—Special to. Guardian) AUCKLAND, September 2. When she , was taken into custody yesterday, £230 was found in the toe of her shoe, said Detective Sergt. Kelly, in the Police Court, when Ann Mary McCminness alias Sudwin, aged 48 years, a cook, was charged with stealing £382 in money. Accused was remanded.
