From West Coast Rugby Union asking Sub-Unioh to arrange for trailing of West Coast shield team —Received. Messrs Dowell and McCleary .vere appointed to arrange for tracing. From Ilium Club asking for game.— deceived. Resolved to press W.C.R.U. ;a hold Graham Wise game on Saturlay next. From Ross Club re annual tourney.— Received; resolved to allot Saturday, September 26th., available referees to be notified. | (From Ikamatua Club /asking for game wit|h local junior team. —Received, September 19th. at 1.30 p.m. ,'fagainsti Kiwi. team., was arxapged, ; From Lake Brunner sub-division asking for a match at Te Kinga on ISeiptemiber 20tjh.—Received. Selectors to pick a team and interview players with regard to arrangements. | It was resolved to ask the West Coast Rugby Union to ,arrange a Dittman Shield match for September stn. | From Boxing Association asking that the Rivals—Excelsior match be arranged to be played on September 19th. at 1.30 p.m. to allow of attend- , aijce at tourlney. Received; every assistance to be given. .Arrangements for referees were discussed and tile, meeting terminated.
