AUSTRIAN CUT. IN WAGES AND PENSIONS. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] BUDAPEST, August 30. The Government have decided that civil servants’ salaries be cut sixteen per cent, for higher posts,- and ten per cent, for lower, and that-pensions be cut fifteen t-o five per cent. .
