The- attendance was nine thousand. The totalisator took £21,5664, compared with £27,449} on the first clay of the spring meeting last October. Results:— Introductory Handicap.—(3) Parrish i Belle 1; (5) Zanzibar 2; (2) Carl Mack 3. AA"on by.a neck; two lengths. Time 3.36 2-5. Mount Eden Handicap.—(l) Derby Yale 1; (6) Kewpie’s Triumph 2; (12) Margaret Wallace 3. AVon by half a head'; half a head. Time 2.54 1-5.
August Handicap-.—(1) Ayrmont Chimes 1; (3) Enawah 2; (2) Auto Machine 3. AVon by two lengths; one and a-half lengths. Time 4.37 1-5.
Onehunga Handicap._(l) Kewpie’s Guy 1; (2) Dan Direct 2; (6) Dealer 3. AVon by two lengths; four lengths. Time 4,44 1-5.
Royal Oak Handicap.-—(1) Val'oden 1; (2) Jock Bingen 2; (6) Wimmera King 3. Won by a neck; five lengths. Massey Memorial.—(l) Great Parrish 1; (2) Ayrmont Cliime s (penalised '24 yards) 2; (3) Benefice 3. Won by a head ; one and a-lialf lengths. Time 4.4 S 3-5.
